Pipilotti Rist’s “Pour Your Body Out” is an immersive large-scale projection, a shifting vanitas symbolizing the transience of earthly pleasures.  Ripe apples, luscious strawberries and fields of pink tulips are bitten, crushed and plucked as wide-eyed delight turns to disgust.
