i love prokofiev. as a kid i don’t know how many times i listened to my dad’s car tape of “romeo and juliet”… incredibly evocative… and “peter and the wolf”, of course. we had a record with someone narrating between the movements. really magical.
i grew up with music like this, I think it helped fuck me up.
maybe we have that in common ;P
